One of our co-founders, Babji Vundavilli, has paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II by helping to paint a mural of her in London.
Babji, along with artists Jignesh Patel and Yash Patel, painted a huge 8x10m picture of Her Majesty on a wall outside Hounslow East underground station.

Tell us about your role in Sandhata
My role is Head of Integration, and I am responsible for integration practices across all of our clients, including focusing on APIs and microservices. I am also one of the co-founders and a director of Sandhata. I currently oversee a few of our accounts including Vodafone, Accenture and Bahwan Cybertek.

The team spent the day together in the office getting psyched up for the run over a shared lunch.
Some of the team were regular runners, but for some it was the first time running!

Tell us about your role at Sandhata?
As a Pega trainee analyst, I started at Sandhata in April 2022. I’m currently working for our client Vodafone, where I am supporting the team in the development of Pega products.

Maitreya Gavkare, Agile consultant, shares a bit about his background, why he decided to move into the IT sector, and how it’s going so far!
Tell us about your role at Sandhata
I am working as an Agile consultant, primarily facilitating practical improvement initiatives and strategies for clients. To do this, I analyse and evaluate the organisation’s workflow and overall environment, discussing organisational shortcomings with clients, with the end goal of improving how they deliver customer value.
Celebrating World Bicycle Day
The Sandhata team recently participated in an event organised by our partner charity, Manavata, to raise awareness of, and celebrate, the bicycle.
The event, held in Hyderabad, India, encouraged people to experience the world from the seat of their bicycle and share their cycling stories. On World Environment Day, this event also shone a spotlight on the vital importance of the bicycle in reducing our environmental impact.
Partnership with Engineering Colleges
At Sandhata we know that it is important to invest in the next generation. We have regular fresher intakes and support all our freshers and graduates with training, mentoring and a range of client and project experiences to help them get broad exposure and grow their skills.
In India we have partnered with multiple Engineering colleges to mentor their students and hire fresh talent for our growing freshers programme.
